Dog Training and Behaviour
With Alexandra's Fur Babies, your dog‘s wellbeing will always be the heart of everything we do. We will never use force, fear, intimidation, discomfort or pain to teach your dog. Nor will tools be used which inflict pain or discomfort; such as slip leads, half/full chokers, prong collars or electric collars, which are all prohibited by Alexandra‘s Fur Babies.
As a NICE member, we are held accountable for our ethics and training methods, therefore you can be assured the techniques used will always be force free and reward based.
We are dedicated to our continued professional development, and expanding our knowledge to ensure we are delivering the most up to date, science based information and developing our skills so that you are receiving the very best care and guidance for yourselves and your much loved pets!
For us, it is more than obedience and improving behaviour, its about understanding our dogs and what they are communicating with us, and then helping them through their issues with compassion and guidance.
We view dogs as the socially and emotionally intelligent creatures they are, and treasure the bond we share with our faithful companions. Which is why training will always be fun and engaging, and focused on strengthening the human-dog relationship and teaching your dog new life skills.
When working with your dog, we get to know them as individuals, ensuring an understanding of their needs, so we can take a personalised approach to the tailored training plan.

We are fully insured with public liability insurance through PETPLAN sanctuary, DBS checked and have 5+ years industry experience in working with numerous dog breeds and behaviours.
